Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping across India for orders greater than Rs. 699 (Subject to changes). We ship across India, subject to the availability of the same from our courier partners.
  • Items purchased will be shipped within 24 hours of the order, however the delivery will take the normal course as anticipated by our logistic partners.

Return 

Exchanges and returns are allowed in the following cases:

  • You receive a faulty or defective product.
  • You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
  • Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • Products have expired by the time of delivery.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it bearing the original packaging along with invoice.

Note – It is important to note while the Company makes best efforts to ensure that returns, refunds and cancellations are available to the users of the Website, the Company has to place certain restrictions on the same in order to meet its business, legal and contractual obligations.

Steps to follow

  • To raise a return request, please send an email to order@qualinut.com
  • Your email must contain the Order ID, Invoice Number and Name of the Product along with detailed description of the nature of claim. This must be done within 5 days of receipt of the product.

Refund

  • Our dedicated team will notify you on the status of your refund once we receive and inspect the product.
  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. 

* Kindly remember it may take some time for the entire process to conclude thus we request you to be patient and kindly bare.

Cancellations

  • An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not shipped the product.
  • On acceptance of the cancellation request, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
  • Qualinut reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
